This Standard License Agreement (“License”) governs the use of all images, videos, and other visual media (“Content”) made available by VisualsDepot (“VisualsDepot”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using any Content from VisualsDepot, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this License.
VisualsDepot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Content strictly in accordance with the terms of this License. This License applies equally to all Content obtained through subscription plans or single purchases, and there is no difference in usage rights based on the method of acquisition.
You may use the Content for commercial and non-commercial projects, including advertising, marketing, branding, websites, mobile applications, software, digital platforms, social media, YouTube, OTT platforms, films, presentations, client projects, internal business use, and educational purposes. Unlimited projects and worldwide distribution are permitted. Attribution is not required.
You may not sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, share, or transfer the Content as a standalone file; upload the Content to any other stock media platform or asset library; claim ownership or copyright; use the Content in logos, trademarks, or brand identities; operate a competing stock service; allow third parties to extract or reuse the Content; or use the Content in a way that suggests endorsement.
All Content available on VisualsDepot is owned or exclusively controlled by VisualsDepot and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. VisualsDepot is the sole licensor of the Content. This License does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights.
VisualsDepot does not guarantee that all Content includes model or property releases. You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use of Content that includes identifiable individuals, private property, trademarks, or branded elements.
The Content may not be used in connection with political campaigns, medical or legal claims, adult content, illegal, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or harmful activities.
The Content may not be used in templates, themes, NFTs, design systems, or digital products where the primary value is the Content itself, or where end users can extract or reuse the Content.
The Content is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. VisualsDepot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Content.
This License automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Content and delete all copies in your possession or control. No refunds shall be provided.
VisualsDepot may update this License from time to time. Content downloaded will remain governed by the License terms in effect at the time of download.
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
